Template Customization:

When purchasing either of our EHR Solutions, we will load the specialty specific templates appropriate for your office. However, your clinic may desire something extra or a bit different.  AIM’s  EMR team is there to create the custom visit note templates for your practice. All customization is billable at on an hourly rate. Additionally, our staff is always there to train you or a staff member of your organization how to customize templates as well.  Included in our training manuals / materials you will find the step by step instructions for creating custom templates.

Keep in mind, AIMs EMR team can do the work for you, or train someone from your staff to do it as well.  

For those practices requiring more detailed financial reports, data reports or marketing reports;  AIM Services can help. AIM can develop that special report for you at an affordable price. Provide our report specialist with:

Development Platforms and Tools

While AIM has a wide variety of expertise across many different platforms, we believe it is best to focus on development tools that are integrated by design with the systems in which you have already invested. For our clients, this is Microsoft. You operate in a Microsoft Windows environment. You use Microsoft Office applications. It only makes sense that the enterprise class development tools and systems from Microsoft would be our preference.

Using development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation, AIM can ensure maximum operability within your environment. Backend server systems such as MS SQL Server, SharePoint, BizTalk and Exchange ensure the unrestricted interchange of your data.

Acceptance and Delivery

Once project development has completed to your satisfaction, delivery of the application is the last phase. Installation, configuration and training are included as part of the finished product. All of AIM's custom development carries a warranty^* against bugs and defects for a period of one year. Additional warranties and extended maintenance are available.
