Training Manuals / Documents
We provide you with training manuals for the basic user and the super user. Materials are provided in printed form, downloadable pdf or included on the software CD. Training documents are often “topic” driven allowing the user to select for viewing only the specific section they wish to focus on.
Training Videos
Training videos are short topic driven video scripts viewable at your computer system CD or DVD drive. Training videos allow the user to view over and over, or used as a training tool when new staff is hired. Forget a subject, review it on the CD or DVD. Video scripts run from 3 to 20 minutes depending on materials covered. The success of the video training is tremendous in that it allows the viewer to repeat as needed.
Much like AIM’s online training, video training requires no travel time with the convenience of rapid deployment of effective training to your workstation desktop on demand.
Online Training
Online training requires the user have internet connection. You are send a gotomeeting invitation, which you simply click on and join the meeting. Using this method the user is able to see and share the trainers screen while discussing the areas via the telephone or computer headset.
AIM Online Training is designed to deliver the quality of one-on-one hands on training for the price of a classroom seminar training. eLearning can be your most effective training option even if you are preparing for your initial software implementation. It was also designed to help you train a Staff that may be in multiple locations with different training schedules.
Training is performed over the internet usually in 1 to 2 hour sessions allowing time for the end user to practice and implement what they have just learned. We begin with an overview, then proceed with basic training followed by super user training to ensure our customers are comfortable with their new software.
Remote training is spread out over days to weeks with the focus on individuals and the areas of importance for their optimum job performance. This allows the end user to learn, use, learn more and use more all in smaller doses reducing mental melt down.

Training is customized to the Practice specialty and workflow, undoubtedly the most effective training available. Training is very intense, therefore we ask that staff members in training not be expected to perform any other tasks the day of training.
Prior to training, you will be provided with a check off list which includes information vital for training, example Provider NPI numbers, Patient information and charges, Electronic Clearinghouse information, and other items necessary to expedite training without interruption. A detailed outline listing the topics and areas to cover with expected time requirements, suggestions of who should participate, to enable the Office Manager or Super User to determine which individuals need to be present for areas to be covered.
